Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Support portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product remains in its original packaging and is at least 80% full; our team will review your photos to confirm eligibility for a refund.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and verifies the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
